Jennifer Miles is the Founder and Principal Advisor of EQ Business Consulting. With more than two decades of experience in strategic human capital, organizational effectiveness, and executive advisory, she partners with leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through thoughtful strategy, collaborative leadership, and practical people solutions.
Her experience spans federal government, private industry, healthcare, behavioral health, and nonprofit organizations. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond. She maintains the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials, along with Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF) certification.
She believes organizations are strongest when leaders intentionally invest in people, systems, and culture. Her philosophy is simple: understand first, then design solutions that create lasting organizational success.
